Byron is a veteran Asset Protection and Business Continuity professional with over thirty-five year career working for various retailers, including Eckerd Drugs, Office Depot, Circuit City and 7-Eleven. His experience has specialized in directing regional and corporate asset protection/loss prevention, business continuity, distribution/logistics, risk management, safety and corporate security.

Tracy Nini is the President of WCR Inc., founded in 1989, an Executive search and Recruiting firm specializing in the Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, and Security industries for Fortune 500 companies, Start-Ups and small businesses throughout the U.S. She is also the CEO of LPJobs.com.

Glenn is the co-founder of the ISCPO and has over 25 years of Loss Prevention and Security Management experience with specific expertise in the verticals of supply chain, international transportation and E-Commerce. He has extensive experience working in Europe, LATAM, Middle East and APAC.

Rod is the Co-Founder and former Chairman of the ISCPO. Currently, Rod is the Vice President of Protective Services for D & L Protective Services. He has served in executive loss prevention and security positions with companies such as Pinkerton Consulting and Investigations, Blockbuster Entertainment and Loomis Fargo.

Wes Bank, LPC is currently the Director of Loss Prevention for DHL eCommerce, overseeing risk management, government regulatory, audit, investigations, and physical security. A Loss Prevention practitioner since 1990, Wes previously held Loss Prevention management roles with Velocity Express, Office Depot, and Jewel-Osco.

Tom Meehan, CFI is a leading loss prevention expert in all things cybersecurity and information technology. He is the CEO of CONTROLTEK, the retail technology editor at Loss Prevention Magazine and the co-host of the Loss Prevention Research Council podcast CrimeScience.

Jason Rowland is the Risk and Compliance Officer for North America at Asendia, where he leads all compliance and loss prevention initiatives. Before joining Asendia, Jason spent eleven years with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, most recently serving as a Lead Transportation Security Inspector.

Marlene Weber is Vice President of Loss Prevention for Williams-Sonoma, Inc., a multi-channel specialty retailer of high-quality products for the home and a Fortune 500 company. She has 25 years of loss prevention experience and is responsible for 16 different countries, 600 store locations, 12 distribution sites.

Melissa Hoffmeister is an Asset Protection professional with extensive experience driving enterprise strategy across Supply Chain, Headquarters, and Retail operations for a Fortune 50 organization. With a 15-year career spanning large-scale, complex environments, Melissa brings a strong background in Security and Theft mitigation, Profitability, and leadership development. Currently serving as a Director at Target Corporation, Melissa leads multi-site, multi-tier teams responsible for protecting people, assets, and operations while improving profitability and mitigating enterprise risk. Throughout her career, Melissa has successfully partnered, designed and implemented innovative policies, physical security strategies, and fraud prevention initiatives that strengthen operational resilience and long-term value.

Clyde D. Loll has over 40 years of private sector experience, ranging from mid-management to C-suite executive roles. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for the Institute of Homeland Security at Sam Houston State University, Clyde previously spent 18 years leading an international oil and gas team of over 400 QHSES professionals across 39 countries. His extensive background spans the electric utility, healthcare, and transportation sectors, with specialized expertise in disaster preparedness, critical infrastructure resiliency, and quality management systems. A former State Commissioner on the Texas Commission of Fire Protection appointed by Governor Greg Abbott, Mr. Loll is also a U.S. patent holder and a retired master-level board-certified hazard control management professional.

Marco Alongi leads the Global Profit Protection Programme at Dyson, and is based out of London, UK. He has been in the Loss Prevention arena for over 24 years working mainly across the retail sector prior to joining Dyson. At Dyson, Marco is the strategic lead for protecting product from point of manufacturer until it reaches the customers hands in over 40 countries.

Rafael López Zepeda is a highly experienced Security Professional with over 15 years of international experience in various sectors, including oil and gas, mining, and real estate. He specializes in Crisis Management, Corporate Security, and Risk Management, with a focus on assessing and mitigating threats in a globalized environment.

Todd Moore is currently the Director of Lead Partnerships with TGI Connect, a leading satellite trailer tracking company based in Canada where he manages partnerships and the development strategy for the company's asset protection service offering around IoT, alert monitoring & escalation and asset recovery for trailer/cargo theft.
