ISCPO Appoints New Member to its Board of Directors

The International Supply Chain Protection Organization (ISCPO) welcomes Melissa Hoffmeister and Clyde D. Loll to its Board.

Dallas, TX– FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – The International Supply Chain Protection Organization (ISCPO.org) announced today the new addition to its Board of Directors: Melissa Hoffmeister – Asset Protection Director at Target and Clyde D. Loll – Director of Operations at SHSU Homeland Security Department.

Clyde’s 40-year legacy in safety, crisis management, and critical infrastructure, combined with Melissa’s deep expertise in security governance and operational risk, will be invaluable to our members. Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge that will help the ISCPO continue to lead the industry in best practices and protective innovation.”

Melissa Hoffmeister is an Asset Protection professional with extensive experience driving enterprise strategy across Supply Chain, Headquarters, and Retail operations for a Fortune 50 organization. With a 15-year career spanning large-scale, complex environments, Melissa brings a strong background in Security and Theft mitigation, Profitability, and leadership development. Currently serving as a Director at Target Corporation, Melissa leads multi-site, multi-tier teams responsible for protecting people, assets, and operations while improving profitability and mitigating enterprise risk. Throughout her career, Melissa has successfully partnered, designed and implemented innovative policies, physical security strategies, and fraud prevention initiatives that strengthen operational resilience and long-term value.

Clyde D. Loll has over 40 years of private sector experience, ranging from mid-management to C-suite executive roles. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for the Institute of Homeland Security at Sam Houston State University, Clyde previously spent 18 years leading an international oil and gas team of over 400 QHSES professionals across 39 countries. His extensive background spans the electric utility, healthcare, and transportation sectors, with specialized expertise in disaster preparedness, critical infrastructure resiliency, and quality management systems. A former State Commissioner on the Texas Commission of Fire Protection appointed by Governor Greg Abbott, Mr. Loll is also a U.S. patent holder and a retired master-level board-certified hazard control management professional. In addition to his professional achievements, he has served on the Huntsville and New Waverly City Councils and remains active on the SHSU Industrial Advisory Board.
